  68.   the command line, from either the DOS prompt or within a
  69.   batch file, performs the operations specified by that
  70.   argument. For example, by typing or placing this line in
  71.   a batch file or on the command line:

  77.   MicroMacroBat to place a BOX with the upper left corner

  80.   the color black on white.

  83.   batch file writing tools without having to learn a new

  91. off. CURSORON: Turns the cursor on. LOCATE: Positions the
  92. cursor. WAIT: Waits for a keypress. CHIME: Beeps the
  93. speaker. SLEEP: Pauses for a given period. STUFF: Replays
  94. keystrokes. xxSCROLL: Scrolls an area of the screen.
  95. FADE: Disolves the screen to a given color. BIG: Prints
  96. large block characters. RECOLOR: Changes one color to
  97. another. LIST: Prints text in columns. VPRINT: Prints
  98. text vertically. CBUF: Clears the keyboard buffer.

  158.   IBM/PC (registered TM of International Business Machines
  159.   Corp.) and close compatibles. They are designed for
  160.   program, batch and data file editing, and simple word
  161.   processing. They can read and write a variety of file

  198. " VINCENT is a very easy to use screen painter designed to
  199.   produce screens that are useable in local or remote
  200.   applications. Three versions of each screen are
  201.   produced. One with the ANSI.SYS escape sequences
  202.   embedded in it, another in direct video ram buffer
  203.   format, and the third in dBase III .PRG file format. The
  204.   first two screens also have an associated data
  205.   definition file to locate input data areas. All
  206.   attributes that are supported by direct video ram I/O
  207.   (0-255) are accessible through VINCENT.

  223. " WordQwik is a writing utility program that tells you which 
  224.   of two (or more) similar words is correct.  If you have 
  225.   trouble remembering when to use "it's" or "its," "too" or
  226.   "to," "imply" or "infer," WordQwik is for you.

  228.   WordQwik is a breeze to use.  Simply type WordQwik at the 
  229.   DOS prompt or, even more useful, use your DOS shell 
  230.   program from within your word processor.  A menu of 
  231.   confusing words will appear in the center of your screen.  
  232.   You can scroll item by item or you can page up or down to 
  233.   find the word(s) you are interested in.  When you have 
  234.   found the pair or triplet that you are interested in, type 
  235.   the Insert key.  You will be taken to the explanation screen, 
  236.   which explains the differences between the words and uses 
  237.   them in illustrative sentences.
